What is a credit?
Your plan comes with a set number of credits each month. A text is 1 credit, a call minute 4, a voicemail drop 5. On Autopilot, a Hope minute (our AI on the phone) is 10.
Do texts I receive count?
Yes. A text you receive is 1 credit, the same as one you send, because the carriers charge for both.
What happens when I hit 100%?
We alert you at 80% and again at 100%. Run out of credits and the texts and calls you start pause until next month, or turn on auto top-up to keep going: 500 more credits for $15, up to 3 a month. You can switch it on or off on your billing page. With it off, replies to people who texted or called you in the last day still go out.
What do I pay at signup?
$25 one-time setup + your first month at signup, then $29 a month. Cancel anytime. Pro is $79 a month and Autopilot $149, so you pay $54, $104 or $174 today. All fees are non-refundable, including the setup, plan fees and packs. Cancel anytime and you won't be charged again.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing page. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Upgrades start once payment goes through; downgrades start at your next renewal.
What do I get on Free?
